Brian Ksenak is the founder and CEO of Ksenak Capital Management LLC, a privately held investment management company focused on proprietary investing along with providing strategic advisory and consultancy services to companies across sectors. Prior to forming Ksenak Capital, Brian served as a Portfolio Manager for Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he was on the Investment Committee and led the development of various public and private alternative investment strategies. He also served as a founding member and Investment Committee member of Morgan Stanley’s Strategic Opportunities franchise, where he underwrote and negotiated secondary market purchases, co-investments, and direct investments across various asset classes from both an equity and credit perspective. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 2008, Brian was an analyst in the global fixed income, currencies, and commodities division of Citigroup. Brian received dual B.S. degrees in finance and economics with cum laude honors from Villanova University and completed graduate work at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Engineering and Applied Science.
